or a cat penthouse, I'm not sure. I was wandering through town, I had some spare time; I decided to go nearby the river because I've never actually walked there. and while I was walking I noticed something strange on a tree. I wasn't sure if this was a real cat from a distance, but as I walked closer, it started moving and I approached it. turned out it was a friendly cat. I have no idea why did someone build this for a cat, but it's kinda cute
